Report a player

Last updated: 3 October 2026

If another player broke the rules of online play — an offensive or impersonating online name, cheating, or disrupting matches — tell us and we will look into it.

E-mail support@jubinganga.com with the subject “Report a player”.

What to include

  • The player's online name, as the game showed it (over their hero, in the lobby or on the results screen).
  • Roughly when it happened, with your time zone, and which game.
  • What happened. A screenshot helps, if you have one.
  • Your own online name, which you can copy from the app's settings (Your online name), so we can find the match.

What happens next

We check your report against the server's records of the match. Where the rules in the terms of use were broken, we may change the player's online name or withdraw their access to online play. We do not tell the other player who reported them, and we may not be able to tell you the outcome.

Chat in the app is a fixed list of phrases, so nothing a player types reaches anyone else. Online names are the one thing players choose themselves, which is why they are the most common reason to report someone.
